Heat 2 tbsp. ghee/oil in a cooking vessel. Add chopped onion, crushed Garlic, Curry leaves and sautés till golden brown add 750gm chicken and stir well till it’s cooked. Now add Dhruti Chicken Sukka/Curry powder and stir well. Add water if required. Finally add 2 cups of grated coconut and Tamarind pulp & cook till done now Dhruti Chicken Sukka/Curry is ready to eat.
