As the name suggests, the Kitchen King Masala is the king of all masalas, as it is a blend of all major spices used in cooking dishes like subjis. It is dark brown colored, has a strong spicy flavor, and should be used sparingly.
Kitchen King Masala can be used in making several Indian dishes, especially Punjabi subjis. It can also be used while making a vegetable pulao or a biryani.
Cut 200g cheese (Cottage) into 1/2 inch cubes and fry them in ghee/oil till golden. Separately saute chopped onions till golden in half cup ghee/oil. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp. Deggi Mirch, 3 tsp. Dhruti Kitchen King Mix Masala and cook for 3 minutes. Add 4 peeled potatoes, cut lengthwise, and half cup full of peas.
Stir for 3 minutes, add 3 cups of water and let them simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese cubes and simmer further for 5 minutes till the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle pinch full of Kasuri Methi leaves, stir and serve..
